La Vedetta

La Vedetta rises in one of the most exceptional areas of the Barbaresco denomination in terms of location, microclimate and morphology of the vineyards. Here, the view sweeps over the most spectacular hills of the area that, seamlessly, compete to fill the space of the sky: the Martinenga amphitheater; the winding curves of the vine rows of Asili, the steep slope of the Rabajà.

La Vedetta is the story of a comeback. Marco, humanistic studies, a degree in Economics and an internship abroad, where he has worked for some multinational corporations. In Germany, he met Swantje, his partner, and with her he started planning his return. He wanted to rediscover the places of his childhood through a
project that would have made them most happy: reclaim the family vineyards and put them to good use. With the help of his uncle Michele, who knows the land by heart, and the oenologist Piero Ballario, they create a wine that speaks of roots, of love for the Langhe, of the simple complexity of this place.

Lo Triolet

Lo Triolet vinery was born from the great passion of is founder Marco Martin, for winemaking in the extreme conditions which one finds in the mountain vineyards of the Aosta Valley. Marco’s winemaking is all about reaching the highest quality levels and developing the wines to their full potential.

Lo Triolet strives to preserve the quality of the grapes, by taking maniacal care of them all year long, expecting and encouraging the very characteristics of each grape type, of each vineyard.

Technology might help, but are ideas, experiences, research and feelings which define the character of each of their wines.

Azienda Agricola Il Tagliato

Elena and Marco, living in Switzerland but both with Italian origins, bought this wonderful estate in the heat of Chianti Classico, at an altitude of 550 meters located close to the village Ruffoli in 2008. Here, with the help of the renowned oenologists Jurij and Vittorio Fiore they produce wines with a distinct and unique characters but at the same time deeply rooted in the territory.

They do so by following an authentic passion for the art of winemaking, by cultivating the two hectares according to strict organic guidelines, and by following all the steps in their perfectly equipped vinery.

Il Tagliato is a magic place, not only because of its beauty but also because of its microclimate that gives, all year round, the perfect conditions for such fine wines
